Choice of meals are Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Raw, Organic, Diabetic, Meat Eaters. We use 95% Organic Produce, Organic, Hormone/Antibiotic Free Chicken, Meat, Eggs, Wild Caught Fish, Non Saturated Fats. And is a set weekly menu. The foods we use are sourced from Whole Foods, Farmers Market, Organic Coop, and all other outlets that specialize in premium ingredients products. No one outlet carries everything, we do the sourcing and shlepping so you can get on with your life. Plus Sarah also has a team of registered nutritionist, master herbalist and dietitians who are also accessible for individual consultation working with Sarah on a constant basis.
